Pico de Gallo

  • 6 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeno (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Chop up the Roma tomatoes and add in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together until combined.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
